This operation aims at pushing the nipple outwards.
A 3 millimetre-long incision at the edge of the nipple is all that’s required. A circular seam is inserted directly under the skin on the edge of the nipple, which
causes the nipple to be pushed out.

This operation is carried out under local anaesthetic.
