Scar Correction

The operation technique depends on the type, size and location of the
scar. In some cases it is sufficient to simply cut out the scar and sew up
the area with fine stitches.
If the scars have greatly shrunk or are located over joints, the application
of special techniques in order to change the characteristics of the scar.

The operation is carried out under local or general anaesthesia.
As with all operations complications can not be completely ruled out; in the individual case they are not always predictable. The possible complications will be discussed in a personal conversation.
