Botulinum toxine has been used in medicine for many years.
It temporarily lames muscles and has been long-since used in the treatment of muscular problems.
Wrinkles developed through muscle movement can be smoothed with
Botox. These especially include brow and frown lines as well as
crow’s feet and wrinkles on the neck to a certain extent.
Botox is injected through extremely thin needles.
The effect sets in approx. 5-7 days after treatment.
The result lasts for between 3 and 6 months

As with all surgical interventions complications can not be completely ruled out; in the individual case they are not always predictable. The possible complications will be discussed in a personal conversation.
